By accessing or using the website rdmayc.com and the Rdmayc AI trading platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rdmayc LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom under number 52749381, with registered office at 42 Tyning Road, Bristol BS3 5DE, United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rdmayc LTD. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the website or email. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least eighteen years of age and a legal resident of the United Kingdom. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Each individual is limited to one account; multiple accounts registered by a single person will be suspended, and associated funds may be subject to investigation. Rdmayc LTD reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Description of the Service

Rdmayc AI is an autonomous trading platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to execute trades across financial markets including forex, equities, indices, and commodities on behalf of registered users. The minimum deposit required to activate the Service is £200 GBP. This deposit is fully refundable, subject to the withdrawal terms set forth below. The AI system operates autonomously; users are not required to possess any trading knowledge or to manually intervene in trading decisions. While we strive for consistent performance, trading inherently involves risk. Rdmayc LTD does not guarantee specific returns, and past performance data presented on our website or in promotional materials is not a reliable indicator of future results.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

All deposits are held in segregated client accounts in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Users may request withdrawals at any time; processing typically takes between twenty-four and forty-eight hours, though circumstances such as bank processing times or additional verification may extend this period. Rdmayc LTD does not charge withdrawal fees; however, intermediary banking fees may apply depending on your financial institution. The Company reserves the right to impose reasonable trading commissions, which will be clearly disclosed prior to any charge being applied. All figures displayed on the platform are denominated in British Pound Sterling.

5. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You should carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before using the Service. You should not deposit funds that you cannot afford to lose. Rdmayc LTD provides an AI-assisted trading service; however, the Company does not offer financial advice, and nothing on the website or in communications should be construed as such. All trading decisions executed by the platform are based on algorithmic models that may not perform as expected under all market conditions. You acknowledge that you are using the Service at your own risk and that Rdmayc LTD, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, data compilations, graphics, logos, text, and other materials on the website and within the Rdmayc AI platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Rdmayc LTD or its licensors and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our express written consent. The name "Rdmayc AI" and the Rdmayc logo are trademarks of Rdmayc LTD.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rdmayc LTD and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. The total aggregate liability of Rdmayc LTD for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rdmayc LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by closing your account and ceasing use of the Service. Rdmayc LTD may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any funds in your account, less any legitimate deductions, will be returned to you within a reasonable period following verification procedures.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties may consider mediation before resorting to litigation.
